Desayuno incluido, bastante completo y rico.

One thing to note: the modern light and water controls might take some getting used to, especially for older guests, but they're easy to learn :-). And there were three pillows to choose from, although none of our guests slept comfortably and soundly on any of them...

And finally, last night was impossible to sleep at all, as the air conditioning broke down and the room was unbearably hot, with a heat index of 30 degrees Celsius. We couldn't even open the terrace because of the unbearable road noise and people shouting. Plus, it's a first-floor apartment, and we were afraid someone might sneak in through the terrace. After reporting the problem to reception, the woman told us that the 16 degrees Celsius we had at night was a very good temperature for sleeping. Of course, that's a good temperature, but it must have been outside, because inside the hotel it was unbearable. We had to shower twice because of the heat and sweat; it was excruciating.
All we asked for was an apology and some empathy. We paid a considerable amount for the service provided and the poor way we were treated. Furthermore, if food is brought up to the terrace or drinks to the jacuzzis, they aren't cleaned until the following day, so if you arrive in the late afternoon or evening, you might find everything dirty and uncleaned.
And I would like to add lastly that I don't know if it's legal to have cameras recording in the terrace/jacuzzi area. .
